Does NOVA hold a state contract for (insert name of state here)?
There’s a really easy way to find out. Just click on the link to go to our State Contract information page. To the right, you’ll see all of the current state contracts we currently hold. Click on each state name to find out all the details.

Do you have a warranty?
Yes we do. In fact, we have one of the most inclusive warranties in the industry. You’ll find the complete warranty information by visiting our warranty information page.
I bought a desk from you years ago that features the downview for a CRT style monitor. Can I convert it to a flat panel?
Absolutely. We offer a couple of solutions. The fastest way to convert your old CRT monitor support system to a new flat panel downview system is to purchase Flat Panel Adapter. This adapter slips right over your existing CRT monitor support system. No tools needed. Check it out in the Essential Accessories section of our website or in our commercial catalog on page 23 (page 25 of our GSA catalog).
The second option is to remove the old CRT support system and replace it with a flat panel arm that is mounted underneath the work surface. We call it the Downview for Flat Panel Displays. Clever huh? You’ll find the details in the Retrofit Solutions/Visual Display Options section of our web site or in our catalog.
Can you send me a drawing or a photo of a specific product?
We sure can. (Have you noticed we always tend to answer our customers’ questions with a YES?) First, be sure to check our Photo Gallery. The photo you’re looking for might already be available online.
Another option is to download one of our catalogs from our Download Center and copy the line art from the actual catalog pages. This gives you the advantage of having product details, descriptions, and pricing at your fingertips as well.
And finally, if you still can’t find what you want, contact our Customer Support department. They’ll be happy to put in a drawing or photo request. Please keep in mind we do not have photography of every single item we sell. But we can always create a drawing of each product.
