Occasionally we like to take advantage of this medium to answer a few customer questions. I asked our customer service group to provide me with a list of the top twenty questions our customers ask on a regular basis. Don’t worry, I’m not going to include all twenty here. Instead, I’ve taken the top three and provided the answers below.
1. Does NOVA hold a GSA contract and what is the discount?
If you’re asking that question, then you already know that GSA stands for General Services Administration and is an independent agency of the United States government, established in 1949 to help manage and support the basic functioning of federal agencies.
NOVA holds two GSA contracts: GS-29F-0173G. And a set aside for small business contract: GS-28F-0026W. You can find more information about these contracts on our Federal Government webpage.
The discount for GSA is 59.598% off of our published list prices in our commercial price book. For your convenience, NOVA also publishes a GSA Net price book, so you can put your calculator away. You can view our GSA catalog online or request a printed copy.
2. What is the standard dealer discount?
If you are (or become) an authorized, active dealer of NOVA Solutions you will receive a discount. This is standard industry practice. However, due to the competitive nature of our business, we’d ask that you call us to discuss your qualifications for becoming a dealer before we provide you with discount information. 3. Does NOVA offer additional discounting to authorized dealers?
Absolutely! If you are an authorized NOVA dealer and have an order over a predetermined list price, we will be happy to provide you with additional discounts. There is some paperwork involved however. So, you’ll need to contact your NOVA sales representative to make sure your project is properly registered to receive the additional discount. Again, you can always call 1-800-730-6682 to talk to customer support or one of our regional sales managers.
