Hospital SignOn my most recent sales visit to a healthcare facility in Ohio, I presented a variety of classroom furniture solutions, which could be an ideal fit for the facility’s training room needs.  In addition to updating their facility to a cutting-edge resource center for continuing education, the hospital staff I met with was most interested in NOVA’s wire management solutions.  I felt this might be a good opportunity to talk about one of our most popular offerings called the iMod™.

NOVA’s Computer-based Training selection of products includes two lines that include a unique wire management compartment we call the iMod™.

The iMod™ (see photo gallery) is a hidden compartment, approximately 4 inches deep, located in the46 Series with iMod™ modesty of all 46 Series and 26 Series classroom workstations.  It's also available as an optional add-on in our 25 Series Table line.

The compartment features a removable, lockable cover, available in either perforated metal or laminate, and includes a wire management trough as well as end grommets for connecting more than one desk or table in a row.  Also the iMod™ is wide enough to accommodate the NOVALinked™ components used to network NOVA’s Trolley E-Class monitor lifts together.

26 Series with iMod™Besides the ease of networking, which makes your IT folks happy, the iMod™ provides a way to keep all of the computer and networking cables and wires out of sight and out-of-mind.  When installed correctly, the iMod™ eliminates the chances of someone getting their foot tangled in computer cables which could damage the equipment and cause personal injury as well.

The healthcare facility I met with was excited about the features we offer and the level of customization and personal service we can provide to meet their specific needs.  We’d love to show you more about the iMod™ and our many other products designed specifically for the classroom/training room environment.  Just give us a call or shoot me an email anytime.
