Chicago and Las VegasIt may seem a bit early, but here at NOVA we've already started planning for some summer furniture/technology trade shows we will be exhibiting at this year.  We're excited to make a return to two favorite events and add one new venue to our list.

Here's a review of the trade shows we'll be participating in and what you might see in our booths.

NeoCon 2012 World's Trade Fair - June 11 - 13: This annual event, held at Chicago's historic Merchandise Mart is always a treat for us here at NOVA.  We get to connect with old friends and network with new ones.  Since Chicago is only a 3.5 hour drive north, we consider it to be in our own backyard.

NeoCon is North America's largest design exposition and conference for commercial interiors, providing over 40,000 architecture and design professionals with more than 120 CEU-accredited seminars and association forums, top-notch keynote speakers. Discover thousands of innovative products and resources for corporate, hospitality, healthcare, retail, government, institutional and residential interiors from more than 700 showrooms and exhibitors.

We have been exhibiting at NeoCon for more than 20 years.  Our booth number again this year is 8-8086.  This year we will be featuring our Trolley™ monitor lifts as well as our new widescreen Downview solution.

InfoComm2012 - June 13 - 15:  The InfoComm event is being held at the Las Vegas Convention Center this year.  This is a great show geared toward the technology side of our business.  We can't wait to get to fabulous Las Vegas, NV to show off our tech products like The Trolley™ monitor lifts and NOVALinked™ system and collaboration tables.

Held annually in June, the Show gives attendees the opportunity to explore tens of thousands of audiovisual products and services – everything from digital signage and content creation to projectors and lighting – all from the industry's leading manufacturers.

The Show also offers more than 300 educational seminars, workshops and labs taught by world-renowned experts with a focus on technology, trends and best practices in the industry. With programming from InfoComm Academy®, certification testing, manufacturers' training and special interest training programs, attendees can experience a wide range of topics with presentation levels that range from basic to advanced.

Our booth at InfoComm12 is number: C7747.

SCUP-47 - July 7 - 11 - SCUP stands for Society for College and University Planning.  This is our first year exhibiting at this event to be held at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago.  We're excited to make some new friends in the education market and generate interest in our furniture technology solutions.

SCUP–47. combines cross-disciplinary knowledge, exposure to issues impacting higher education, and the knowledge and skills to effectively integrate planning efforts with each institution's mission, vision, and academic priorities.

Participants can share ideas about what works and what doesn't; get practical solutions; and walk away with contacts from all over the United States.

Our booths numbers at SCUP-47 are 403 and 405.

Start Planning:  It's not too early to start planning for these great summer trade shows.  Visit the show's websites for information on accomodations and details about each venue.  Plus, when the shows are over, there's lots to see and do in both of these great cities.
